Graduate ResearchThe following qualitative study examines the differences between barista interactions with more knowledgeable customers and less knowledgeable customers. Through interviews and observations, I was able to discover common practices and behaviors with both types of customers.
This paper examines the rhetoric of selected politicians used during their parties' respective conventions. I used academic literature and the transcripts of the speeches to identify common rhetorical appeals used by Jimmy Carter, Mitt Romney, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump.
